Jorge Patiño, born in Cali, Valle del Cauca, in 1980, is a prominent contemporary sculptor known for his innovative approach to creating sculptures using bronze and steel wires. His unique technique allows him to capture the essence and spirituality in each of his creations, reflecting a blend of modern figurative art with a touch of minimalism. Patiño’s sculptures, crafted with metals like wire, steel, bronze, as well as polymers, resins, stone, and paints, explore profound and emotional themes, inviting viewers to reflect on the complexity of human existence.
