Purpose

These terms govern the use of jorpat-art.com and the purchase of artworks and products offered for sale.

Orders

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Binance, USDT, BTC, and Stripe.

Shipping

Shipments are made from Cali, Colombia. Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. Original artworks and unique pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal for obvious preservation reasons.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of Cali, Colombia.
